What is the first step?
Call me and we can have a short talk on the phone to see if it feels right to make an initial appointment. I have a confidential answerphone if I am not able to take your call. Please leave a message and I will call you back. Make sure you leave your number clearly and indicate when you may be available.
We will arrange a suitable time - at least 50 minutes but sometimes longer - for an initial meeting to discuss your concerns and to give us some time to think about whether we can work together. If my way of working does not feel right for you I will try and help you find a suitable alternative. Sometimes it might be necessary to meet for more than one initial session to ensure you feel happy about my approach. It is important that you take time to consider how you feel and for us both to consider if this is the right option for you.
